  • If you are aged between 10-16 years old then why not join the Junior Sew & Stitch Collective led by Danuta
  • Come equipped with your own machine and learn how to use the machine and the basics of sewing with a sewing machine. 
  • You will be taken step by step through setting up and using your machine and the basics of sewing with a sewing machine in the first instance.
  • This will be a 90 minute session where you will gain knowledge and experience creating items using your sewing machine.
  • Over the weeks you will gain confidence and knowledge and be able to start projects with some guidance and help from Danuta.
  • You will need to bring along your sewing machine, threads and material for projects, however there will be a stash pof material here for all to use for smaller projects.
  • If you would like to join but have no access to a sewing machine, please do get in contact as we will see if we can make one available for your use.
  • During the 90 minute session you will have Danuta on hand for any sewing queries or advice.
  • These sessions will run every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month 10am-11.30am.
  • The workbench space available at The.Work.Shop is perfect for cutting patterns and then the back room is ideal for setting up your sewing machine. 
  • The haberdashery supplies will also be available to buy if you run out of that all important thread or have a needle malfunction! 
    • NB please note that this is an Junior Club but an Adults Club is also available.
    • Anyone attending the will need to hold a fully paid for ticket.

    EU & International: We do not currently offer shipping outside the UK, sorry!

    We can add a gift message to any order for free! To add your message, simply look for the 'add your instructions to seller' button at the checkout and pop your text in the box. We will include this on our branded postcard inside your order and leave out the invoice by default.
