  • Ingredients - Golden Caster Sugar, White Chocolate: (Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Butter, Skimmed Milk Powder, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Self Raising Flour (Wheat), Dark Chocolate: (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Cocoa Powder.
  • White chocolate contains 28% minimum Cocoa Solids and 22% minimum milk solids. dark chocolate contains 43% minimum cocoa solids.
  • Allergen Information - Contains Milk, Soya, Wheat. This product doesn’t have nuts as an ingredient. But nuts are used in the same location, so despite our best efforts, there is a risk of traces of nuts being present.
  • Suitable for vegetarians.
  • Requires 4 eggs, 150g soft butter, 1 x 8 inch square tin, greaseproof paper.
  • Makes 12 slices.
